Boiler Scale Inhibitor

The alkaline substances in the scale inhibitor cause calcium and magnesium salts in the boiler water to form sludge, which is removed through blowdown. This eliminates calcium and magnesium ions, preventing them from forming hard scale. The organic compounds in the scale inhibitor increase the fluidity of the sludge, making it easier to discharge. At the same time, these organic compounds form a protective layer on the metal surface, preventing the formation of scale. This series of chemical and physical actions prevents the formation of scale.

Usage Instructions:

Initial Dosage: Based on the system's water-holding capacity (total water volume), calculate the total dosage by adding 40-60g of this product per ton of water, and apply it all at once to ensure normal system operation.

Supplemental Dosage: Daily, based on the amount of water replenished, calculate the supplemental dosage by adding 40-60g per ton of water. Apply it once or multiple times to maintain normal system operation.

Precautions:

For larger water systems, manual dosing may not ensure uniform dispersion and mixing. Use multiple dosing points for each application.
